It would be impossible to thank every volunteer individually as there are hundreds of them, however, we do have a core team steering the project

Project Lead

Just an ordinary local resident but I care about my community and the return of the parade has always been a dream of mine. Now it's time to turn it into a reality. My full time job is journalist and drone photographer. Once I start a project, nothing can stop me seeing it through. I am a firm believer in 'Love where you live'

Vendor Manager

Robert will be managing our huge range of stalls and vendors. Robert works in Spalding and has always been in a human resources role which makes him the ideal team member for this job

I am a local resident and have worked in London most of my career as a legal secretary and then in the NHS, both as admin and as a health worker. I currently work as an Administrator at Spalding Academy School.  I am honoured to be involved in reviving the Flower Parade to bring Spalding back to its former glory and fame

I moved to Weston 10 years ago. Since then I've enjoyed being part of the community. I joined the local parish Council last year. This allows me to get out and about within my village and surrounding areas. My passions include classic cars, singing, playing guitar and photography

I am a local resident and I have lived in Spalding my whole life, for over 21 years. I am currently the Transport Manager for Hiltons Distribution and enjoy my job very much as there are never 2 days the same. I have always loved the flower parade and I am glad to be able to help bring it back to Spalding

I am a local resident and business owner. I have been part of the Flower parade revival since the very beginning and have been passionate about fund raising

Volunteer coordinator

Sue is a local resident and keen supported of the Flower Parade.  Sue has been onboard since day one and is responsible for recruiting and looking after all the volunteers. She leads the float decorating team and is also known as our 'arty-farty director'
