All year we have been organising fund raising events to raise money for the 2024 Spalding Flower Parade, we close the year with our huge Christmas Fayre

This will be held on

Saturday 11th November 2023

Where

We will be announcing details and venue shortly but it will be Spalding centre

When

Saturday 11th November 11am - 6pm (we will be starting with a short service dedicated to those who cannot be with us at Christmas)

What to expect

There will be more than 50 local craft and charity stalls selling all manner of gifts for Christmas along with prize raffles, tombolas and much more, for the whole family
Lots of food and refreshments in our Christmas food market
Entertainment with a real Christmas flavour
Santa's grotto and Winter Wonderland

Stroll through our festive avenue decorated with lights and Christmas features in a true Winter Wonderland and meet Father Christmas in his grotto (bookings required)

Having a stall at the event

Space is limited and will be issued on a first come - first served basis

All stalls much have a Christmas theme/decorations

Charities and local crafters are all welcome

Stalls are 3 metres frontage unless arranged in advance
Inside stalls - you provide own tables
Marquee stalls - you provide own tables
Outside stalls - you provide your own 3m gazebo
All stalls must have public liability insurance
